A fatal shooting took place in the early hours of Sunday morning at the Parkside entrance to Prospect Park. Police rushed to the scene where they found one person shot in the head. He was pronounced dead on scene.
Another fatal shooting took place this afternoon in Lincoln Terrace “Rochester” Park, sending children scattering and adults ducking for cover. According to the police, the suspected shooter shot the 53-year-old victim in the head before fleeing on foot towards Rochester Ave.
