Injunction Lifted Against DC Campus Shluchim; 100 Students Join for Shabbos Dinner
The injunction levied last month against the Chabad Shluchim to George Washington University in D.C., which prevented them from engaging in any outreach activities within a 1-mile radius of the campus, was temporarily lifted by a judge last Friday. In a remarkable show of solidarity, over 100 students joined the Shluchim for Shabbos dinner that night.

Following the auction viewing, which was compliment by delicious hot food, the crowd packed into the smaller hall for live cake decorating competition, titled ‘Kosher Cake Boss’. A panel of judges then chose the best decorated cake. Winners List added.

Kids Bake for Homeless in Ontario
It might have been frosty outside, but the atmosphere inside of Chabad Lubavitch of Markham in Canada was toasty as 150 people gathered last Sunday to bake muffins for Toronto’s homeless. It was the latest effort in a new initiative urging the Jewish ideal of tikkun olam, “the repair of the world.”
