CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — At around 6:45pm today, Tuesday a cyclist riding down Albany Ave was stuck by a car, between Crown and Montgomery St. The cyclist, a black man, went flying off his bike and sustained minor injuries. He was treated on the scene and later transported by FDNY EMS to a local hospital. The driver of the car, a Jewish man, was visibly shaken up.

According to eye witnesses; a silver Chrysler driven by a Black man drove through the intersection, when the light was steady red. Then a black BMW driven by a Bochur slammed into him causing the Chrysler to spin around.
