Channeling the awesome energy from the Banquet, Shluchim and their lay leaders made their way back to Crown Heights and to 770 and sat down for a traditional post-banquet Farbrengen.
Following the Farbrengen in 770 last night marking the Rebbe Rashab’s birthday, the students of the central Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim – which the Rebbe Rashab founded – returned to the dormitory building at 1414 President St. for a second Farbrengen with the Rebbe’s ‘Chozer’ Reb Yoel Kahn, which lasted until the early hours of the morning.
The fast-growing Lubavitch Community of Walnut Creek, located in Hollywood, Florida, held a special Shabbaton in Honor of Gimmel Tammuz, with the attendance of guest speaker Rabbi Rabbi Velvel Lipsker.

The central Yud Alef Nissan Farbrengen, marking the Rebbes 113th birthday, was held last night in the ballroom of Beis Rivkah on Lefferts Avenue with the attendance of Anash and Bochrim. The event was also broadcasted live with hundreds in attendance.
A grand Farbrengen will be held tonight in honor of Yud Aleph Nissan, the Rebbe’s 113th Birthday. The Farbrengen, which will take place at 8:00 PM tonight at Beis Rivkah-Lefferts Ave., will be streamed live by Chabad.org, and will be available for viewing here on CrownHeights.info.
On the evening of Chof Beis Shvat, over 120 Lubavitch women gathered at Beth Rivkah in Montreal to remember Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka. Everyone was seated in designated seating in order to facilitate getting to know new people.

It happened on Shabbas Yud Shevat, 2008, in the main Shul of 770 Eastern Parkway. Rabbi Yosef Katzman was talking with a friend and noticed a new face in the crowd. Rabbi Katzman introduced himself and Gershon Felberbaum from Monsey replied with a warm handshake. After a few brief words, Rabbi Katzman asked Gershon if he wanted to learn Chassidus together.
Several hundred men and women attended a Siyum Harambam for the greater Monsey Jewish community at the Atrium Plaza.
