Montreal Anash Unite for 10 Kislev, Hakhel

In keeping with the Rebbe’s directives, the Lubavitch community of Montreal joined together on Yud Kislev, the Chag Hage’ulah of the Mitteler Rebbe, for a grand Hakhel gathering at the Chabad Center in Cote S. Luc, directed by Rabbi M. M. Raskin.

Rabbi Michoel Dahan, director of the Beis Chaya Mushka Seminary, opened with words of the Rebbe on the importance of Hakhel gatherings. Then he called up the guest speaker, Rabbi Mendel Kaplan, director of Chabad at Flamingo in greater Toronto to share a few words.

Lastly, the host Rabbi M. M. Raskin spoke on how each and every one can fulfill the Rebbe’s directives on Hakhel within their own community.
