The son of a lawyer who was the first confirmed case of Coronavirus in New York City has also been diagnosed with Coronavirus. The son is a student at Yeshiva University Wilf Campus. The confirmation of the spread of the virus prompted the University administration to cancel all classes at the Wilf campus today.

As tensions escalate between Israel and Gaza, rockets continue to rain down on southern Israel. A rocket fired from Gaza on Monday afternoon directly hit a Sderot playground, causing some damage and no injuries.
