A home security surveillance video caught footage of the thieves who made off with a minivan's tires on President St. two days ago. The thieves can [barely] be seen in the top right corner of the video, arriving in what seems to be a black Nissan or Infinity. They arrived in two trips, taking the left tires first and then returning for the right ones. The theft occurred between 2:00 and 5:00am.
