Atlantic County children had the opportunity to bake their own Matzah for Passover at the Chabad Model Matzah Bakery. Children, together with their parents, participated in the entire baking process the way it is traditionally done in real Passover matzah bakeries.

Over 50 students were amazed on hearing Yishmael Khaldi speak at Chabad of Liverpool Universities, on what they can do for Judaism and Israel. Every child knows that we eat Matzah on Pesach, but how is it made? Children got to make their own Matzah from scratch, beginning with grinding wheat into flour, then making the dough followed by rolling it and baking it into matzah. All this took place at the Model Matzah Bakery of Chabad of Syracuse.
