Caught on Camera: Package Thief Strikes Again
A package thief was caught on surveillance camera stealing a package from a porch on President St in Crown Heights. The footage shows as the thief scouts out a Fedex driver delivering a package, rounds the block, and walks right onto the porch to take the package.

Chanukah Goes Big in Buenos Aires, Argentina
An incredible event at the “Plaza Alemania” in Buenos Aires, Argentina attracted a crowd of over 650 people. The Menorah, a 22 foot masterpiece, was the center of the event, with games for kids, art projects, food, and more culminating for a great time.

Chanukah in Russia’s Capital
The festival of Chanukah in Russia’s capital city of Moscow this year swept up hundreds of thousands of Jews from all over the Jewish spectrum in the city: old and young, indigent and wealthy, orphans, prisoners, and hospital patients. In a chain of activities and events that reached out to Jews wherever they may be, bringing them the light and warmth of the Chanukah candles.

Gas Leak Scare at Beis Rivkah, Unfounded
A scare at Beis Rivkah surrounding the smell of gas in the building was declared unfounded Monday morning. A gas leak Sunday from the street in front of the building had left a lingering smell, but no danger.
Ohio Man Arrested Over Alleged Plot to Conduct Shooting at Synagogue
A Ohio man was arrested on Friday for allegedly plotting to conduct a shooting attack at a synagogue in the Toledo area. The suspect, 21-year-old Damon M. Joseph, has been charged in a federal court with one count of attempting to provide material support to ISIS. He was brought into custody after taking possession of two AR-15 rifles.

Australia’s ACT Parliament Celebrates Chanukah for the Fifth Year
The eight day Jewish festival of Chanukah was celebrated in Canberra with several community events – the highlight being a ceremony including the lighting of the National Menorah in Canberra Parliament’s Reception Room. This year’s theme was “One Small Candle”

Third Tunnel Found on the Lebanon Border
A third tunnel has been located by the Israeli Defense Forces on the Lebanon border as part of Operation Northern Shield. The tunnel has been sealed with explosives, while the search for more tunnels continues.

Caught on Camera: Simcha Breaks All Boundaries, and Makes you Dance
A group of Bochurim on Chanukah Mivtzoim were caught on camera jumping out of their vehicle and dancing by a red light in a show of pure joy. The person who filmed the Bochurim passed the video on through social media, and has become a Chanukah sensation.
