Letter & Spirit: Carrying the Mishkan Wherever We Go
In this week’s edition of Letter and Spirit, we present a letter from the Rebbe in which he gives insights about chinuch based on a talk of the Frierdiker Rebbe relating to the mishkan. The letter was written in English through the Rebbe’s trusted secretary Rabbi Nissan Mindel, and was made available by the latter’s son-in-law, Rabbi Sholom Ber Shapiro.

Fundraising Campaign Launched for Chabad Shul Being Sued by Head Shliach
A group of Lubavitchers have launched a fundraising campaign to show support for and solidarity with the Bais Chabad of West Bloomfield, Michigan. The Bais Chabad, led by the shliach Rabbi Elimelech Silberberg, is defending itself against a motion filed in the United States Supreme Court by Lubavitch Foundation of Michigan, which seeks to take possession of the Bais Chabad.

1 to 2 Inches of Snow Expected Today
After a few mild days, snow is in the forecast for New York City. According to the National Weather Service, about 1 to 2 inches is expected to fall on the city, with higher amounts expected further east and especially on Long Island.
