A group of teenage boys shoved a teenage girl onto the subway tracks before assaulting and robbing her, police said. The incident took place at around 8:00pm last night, Sunday, at the Utica Avenue subway station in Crown Heights.

Charges Dropped Against Accused Murderer

A 6-foot tall menorah was stolen from Washington Square Park in San Francisco over the weekend. It was last seen on Friday, December 23, by Rabbi Peretz Mochkin of the North Beach Chabad.

Armed Mugger Attacks 3 Crown Heights Women
Three Jewish women were the victims of mugging attacks in separate incidents throughout Sunday afternoon and evening in Crown Heights. One victim had her purse stolen with over $3,000 worth of jewelry, while the other two victims were held up at knifepoint.
Robber Who Shot Victims Sentenced to Life
A brutal Crown Heights mugger who robbed and shot at one Jewish man, shot a teenaged girl three times at pointblank range when she said she didn’t have any money, and attempted to rob a third woman – all in the vicinity of Kingston Avenue and Maple Street in February of 2015 – was sentenced to 55 years to life in prison for the crimes.
