CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — A man was shot and killed this evening on a Crown Heights street. The incident took place at around 8:40pm when a number of shots rang out, and one man was left dead on the street.
CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — Regency Cleaners and Gombos Bakery were both the victims of a robbery and an attempted robbery early this morning. The dry cleaner was broken in to and a charity box was stolen, while at the bakery the thief did not manage to get it, but he caused damage.
WILLIAMSBURG [CBS2] — For the second time in two weeks, residents in Williamsburg, Brooklyn said a Hasidic Jewish man has been assaulted near the intersection of Wallabout Street and Harrison Avenue.
CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — A Jewish girl was attacked by a mob of four black men on Tuesday evening. The incident took place near the intersection of Union Street and Brooklyn Avenue, where the girl was accosted by the group and punched by one of them.

FLATBUSH [ABC] — An apparent drunk driver sideswiped a vehicle, killing a 25-year-old yeshiva student in the Midwood section of Brooklyn.

A local [yeshiva] teacher has been hospitalized after a brutal beating, and his three attackers may have targeted him simply because of his religion.
There’s the strange case of the policeman accused of long-term bullying who has been on fully paid leave for two years. It seems he’s lucky enough to have a doctor willing to declare his ”patient” unfit to face questions about the alleged offences. We hope the (alleged) bully’s victims are being looked after nearly as well.

CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — Two gunmen unleashed a barrage of bullets yesterday, striking one man in the leg and injuring him.
CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — A Jewish driver was arrested this afternoon, Tuesday on Kingston Avenue after a traffic cop spotted a young girl left alone in the back of a passenger van.
CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — Once again allegations are being raised concerning the NYPD’s persistent downplaying crime. Officers from the 71st Precinct responded to a call of a stolen purse last week on President Street, but the responding officers refused to file a crime report for robbery, and instead they only filed a report for ‘lost property’. Video surveillance captured the robbery, yet police still refuse to take interest in the incident.
