Thieves Steal Tires Off Another Parked Car

For the second time in as many months, a Jewish owned car had its wheels stolen right off it last night by shifty thieves. The vehicle was parked on Albany Ave. between Union and President St. Of course, traffic cops will still ticket the vehicle for being on the wrong side for street cleaning.

Two Men Shot – 1 Dead – in Crown Heights Last Night

25-year-old Martin Thomas was shot and killed in Crown Heights last night. The shooting took place on St. Johns Place near Schenectady Ave. shortly after 7:30pm. Another victim, a 24-year-old man, was shot in the right leg.

Police Cracking Down on Teens Skipping School

Recognizing the negative effect it has on the crime rate, police have been actively cracking down of the practice of ‘Playing hooky,’ by local teens who belong in High School. One such delinquent, who was loitering around 770 during the children’s parade this morning, was picked up and taken back to school by the police.
