Ze’ev Gold posed the question as to whether the Rubashkin case was really Pidyon Shvuyim or not. Rabbi Ginzberg had received a ruling from Rav Chaim Kaniefsky Shlita that, indeed, it was full and complete Pidyon Shvuyim.
