A Brooklyn grand jury has indicted the hit-and-run driver who killed an expectant couple and their unborn child on three counts of manslaughter, the Brooklyn District Attorney said today.
Just over a year ago a terrorist walked into the courtyard of the Otzar Hatorah school in Toulouse, France and murdered a teacher and three students in cold blood. Today the community got together to remember the victims.

An SUV plowed into a tree right outside the Ohel in Queens and the driver had to be cut free from the wreckage. When the driver was finally freed he was rushed to the hospital in ‘traumatic arrest’. UPDATE: Tragically the driver died, police say weather played a factor in the crash.
