Farbrengens, Seminars Highlight Asian Kinus
It seems the sun did not set in Thailand last night, with a Farbrengen at the Asian Regional Kinus HaShluchim having lasted through the night. Rabbi Yosef Chaim Kantor, head shliach to Thailand and Kinus host, introduced the theme of the evening, “Brengen Yidden Tzum Rebb’n,” stressing the importance of following the Rebbe’s directives while working to connect Yidden with the Rebbe.

After 38 Years of Service, Col. Jacob Goldstein Retires
After 38 years of dedicated service in the U.S. Army, Chaplain Colonel Jacob Z. Goldstein has retired. In a ceremony in the Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall at Fort Myer, Virginia, 35 army personal retired, with Col. Goldstein leading the group with his 38 years of service.
Chabad Delegation Visits Nepal Embassy in D.C.
A delegation of Chabad-Lubavitch rabbis stopped by the Embassy of Nepal, which neighbors the Chabad-Lubavitch center in Washington, D.C., yesterday to offer condolences and support in light of the massive earthquake on Saturday that has claimed thousands of lives and devastated the capital of Kathmandu.
