6 Injured Near Beit Haggai as a Rash of Fires Spread Across Israel
Six people were lightly injured from smoke inhalation as a large fire broke out Thursday afternoon near the Judea town of Beit Haggai, and firefighters are battling the fire. About 30 of the houses were evacuated, and the flow of electricity was also stopped.

Mikvah Started by Early Chasidim Excavated in Tsfat
During the remodeling of the Tzemach Tzedek Shul in Tzfat, an area of the land that had not been part of the initial restoration was explored. Rabbi Marzel, a Chabad Shliach in Tzfat, was surprised to find a bor (halachic gathering) of pure mikveh water that had been dug out and used as a mikvah generations before.
