Another great simcha in Lubavitch as Chossid David Ghodes of Los Angeles, California returned home following a 48 day hospitalization. On social media, the family wrote “For everyone asking boruch hashem after 48 days Dovid Ghods Dovid Ben Shoshana came home. After a resilient fight with Covid.”

Shortly before Passover, the Jewish world lost one of its most devoted leaders. The Novominsker Rebbe, Rabbi Yaakov Perlow, who dedicated his life to serving the American Jewish community, passed away on April 7 after contracting the coronavirus. He was 89 years old.
