After Kherson Dam Breach, Chabad Evacuates the Vulnerable
Amid the uncertainty and the fast-changing situation over the destruction of the Kakhovka Dam, the synagogue of Kherson, which sits on higher ground, has become a temporary shelter for several dozen families.
