A Crown Heights landmark has received a much needed revamping these past few months. The Mobil gas station on the corner of New York Ave and Empire Blvd has faithfully provided fuel for Crown Heights’s many thirsty vehicles for many years. Now the old gas station stands proud with a well lit and beautifully renovated location.

As ULY Crown Street continues to raise funds for the school, a vehicle showcasing the Tomchei Temimim Boy Choir’s new music video, “Hoishia Na,” sat on the corner of Crown Street and Albany Ave reminding people to donate.
This photo is not a blueprint of an electrical chip, but rather a detailed look at the floor plan for this years Kinus Hashluchim Banquet. The sit down dinner, which caters to thousands, is an enormous affair, involving hundreds of staff, and will be attended by US Ambassador David Friedman.

A 6:30am Shiur Chassidus attracted a crowd this morning at Anshai Lubavitch Shul in Crown Heights.
In a disgusting slap in the face, a Chaverim volunteer in Williamsburg who rushed to help a person with flat tire, was targeted by a traffic agent and ticketed. The officer can be seen writing the ticket as the volunteer continues to do chesed, and help another person in need.
Imagine walking down a Brooklyn street and discovering a New Chabad House, so new in fact that it isn’t even staffed by Chabad. Two Lubavitchers came across such a place on Metropolitan Ave, but something just wasn’t right. The hebrew letters saying “Chabad Williamsburg” were the wrong way around, sparking their interest. They entered the “Chabad House” to discover that it was really a TV set for an upcoming show. Needless to say that by the time they left at least one person had put on tefillin.
A small piece of Jewish history was marked on Thursday in the capital of the state of Montenegro, as Rabbi Ari Edelkopf was elected the first ever permanent Chief Rabbi of the state.

Despite a breaking issue that prompted an emergency landing, Israel’s version of “Air Force One” is taking off. The new sleek blue paint job along with special modifications make the old Quantas Boeing Jet something special.
Fishy Litzman, the Lubavitcher who famously became an NYPD officer despite his full beard, was recently promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Litzman is also a Paramedic, and member of Hatzalah.
Chabad bespoke tailor Rabbi Yosel Tiefenbrun met Steven Salen a Holocaust survivor who is now 100 years old. Salen was a very successful tailor who went on to making suits for president Ford and Nixon amongst many other famous clients. Tiefenbrun delightedly accepted a pair of shears Salen had used in his work.
