Rabbi Yisrael Lieberman and his Rebbetzin Menucha are the Rebbe’s Shluchim in Kowloon, Hong Kong. After a month unable to arrange a Bris for their son, they were able to fly to Basil, Switzerland, where with the help of Rabbi Zalmen Wishedski they were able to arrange the ceremony.
