ISRAEL — A new building in the enlarged and improved Grabski Multiple Sclerosis Center in Migdal HaEmek was inaugurated this week in a ceremony attended by Welfare Minister Yitzchak Herzog. The center is Israel's first and only dedicated residential and outpatient center devoted exclusively to patients suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, a degenerative disease that ultimately leads to complete incapacitation.

Initially, the couple’s mission was to serve the student body of the University of Texas (Jewish population: 4,000). Since then, they have expanded their efforts to include the greater Austin area, and have hired a young rabbi a (UT alumnus) to serve as the campus representative. A highly-acclaimed elementary school, holiday and Shabbat offerings, and a full roster of classes are only a smidgen of what the Levertovs have provided the Austin community.

New Cellphone Store Opens on Kingston

The space vacated by Kinderific on Kingston did not stay so for long, a new wireless cell phone service store opened in its place. JERUSLAEM, Israel — More details emerged in the tragic accident which claimed the life of 3-year-old Shula Swerdlov came to light today in an Israeli court room where the driver who is being accused of running over Shula, Yossi Shir, had his arrest extended pending formal charges.
