IDF Raid Called off After Facebook Slip

JERUSALEM [AP] — Israel’s military has “unfriended” one of its own — after a combat soldier potentially updated Israel’s enemies on Facebook.

The military said Wednesday that a planned raid on a West Bank village was called off after the soldier disclosed its details online. The military said the soldier posted the time and location of the raid on his Facebook page, saying that troops were planning on “cleaning up” the village.

Volunteers and children enjoyed the Purim in China carnival with activities and games, all topped off with an amazing show by Yang Xiao Di, an amazing acrobat from the Shanghai circus.

Accident Injures Chabad Girls and Shomrim Volunteer

QUEENS, NY [CHI] — A group of girls traveling home in a ‘Chabad Car’ lost one of their wheels as they pulled off the Belt Parkway stranding them for nearly two hours on the side of the busy roadway. One girl called Shomrim who responded with one volunteer, only making matter worse when his car was struck by a passing car.
