SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL [CHI] — On Monday, January 10th, the Chabad Russian Center of South Florida welcomed a new Sefer Torah. The Torah scroll was graciously donated by Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun and Mr. Boris Litovsky, vice-presidents of Euro-Asian Jewish Congress.
Following the announcement of the ‘Installation Ceremony’ for Rabbi Yosef Braun, questions have been raised about the rushed ceremony, and concerns were voiced about the Vaad disconnects, also highlighted was not enough finances raised for the Rabonim Salries.
