Forty one years ago, at the completion of the Sefer Torah of Moshiach, the Rebbe said during a Sicha that “this is Erev Shabbos of the Hillula [Yud Shvat] and to my sorry and dismay, I need to warn that it is not the day – in the language of the nation – to make a “banquet”, or a “dinner”, or an “installation”…”
