In honor of Yud Gimmel Tishrei, the yahrzeit of the Rebbe Maharash we asked Rabbi Sholom DovBer Avtzon, the author of the acclaimed Rebbeim Biography Series if he can share with us some insights into the life of the Rebbe Maharash. At a busy mall in the Israeli city of Netanya, hundreds turned out to celebrate the inauguration of a synagogue in memory of Lt. Hadar Goldin and Oron Shaul, two Israeli soldiers killed in the recent Gaza war.
