5:30pm: Live Broadcast of the Kinus Gala Banquet
Over 5,000 Shluchim and their guests will convene at the South Brooklyn Marine Terminal, one of the largest shipping terminals in New York City, for the Grand Gala Banquet that will conclude the annual International Conference of Chabad Emissaries. CrownHeights.info will be streaming live video of the event, which will begin at 5:30pm.

Dagestan Shliach Marries Off His Savior
Rabbi Ovadia Isakoff, Chabad emissary to Russia’s Muslim Republic of Dagestan, who in the summer of 2013 was shot in the chest by terrorists who had just returned from fighting in Syria, proudly officiated at the wedding of a young Jewish neighbor of his – a young man who is credited with saving his life in the critical moments following the attack two years ago.

Two Israelis Stabbed in Separate Incidents
A 48-year-old Israeli man is in serious condition after he was stabbed Sunday on Highway 55 outside the Palestinian village of Nabi Ilyas. In a separate attack that was caught on dramatic surveillance video, a female Palestinian terrorist stabbed and lightly wounded a civilian security guard as he stood at his post just outside Betar Illit.

Five Israelis Wounded in Vehicular Terror Attack
Five Israelis were wounded in a vehicular terror attack at the Tapuach junction in the Samaria region of the West Bank on Sunday morning.

Sneak Peek into the Kinus Banquet Hall
The South Brooklyn Marine Terminal in Brooklyn, New York already played host last year to the monumental event – the Grand Gala Banquet of the Kinus Hashluchim. The scene is set to repeat once again itself Sunday evening. The following is a sneak peek at the crude commercial space being transformed into a gorgeous banquet hall.

Reform Birthright Founder: Take It Back from Chabad
Birthright Israel co-founder Charles Bronfman, in a speech to the biennial conference of the Union for Reform Judaism, noted that seventy five percent of Birthright participants are non-religious. Yet, Bronfman said, “Who is the largest trip provider? Chabad… And who provides the largest number of post-trip programs? Chabad. It seems to me it should be you, not Chabad.”
