Dnepr Yeshiva Dedicates New Building

On Monday 20th of Ellul, in the presence of delegations of distinguished local and foreign guests, sponsors and dignitaries, the Ukrainian Jewish community celebrated the grand opening of the newly refurbished building of Yeshivas Lubavitch Ukraine. Located in the thriving city of Dnepr, the Yeshiva services the children of Ukrainian and International shluchim.

40-Year-Old Tishrei Footage Restored

The famed photographer Reb Levi Yitzchak Freidin is known for his most amazing footage he took during his visits of Tishrei by the Rebbe. In fact, he would produce a documentary each year containing the highlights of his footage, and have it shown at a grand viewing in Eretz Yisroel. After Freidin’s passing, JEM acquired his highlight footage shown in Israel.
