The 10th annual Menorah in the D will be taking place virtually this year and will be a beautiful 1.5 hour broadcast, including a concert by 8th Day band and a beautiful program lead by Rabbi Kasriel Shemtov with commentary by Rabbi Yisroel Pinson and Bruce Schwartz knows as the “Detroit Ambassador”, the program will include the lighting of the 26 foot “Detroit Menorah”, greetings by many Detroit and Michigan politicians, a game show and much more.
On the last sitting day of the Australian Parliament for 2020, Chabad ACT hosted the traditional “Chanukah on the Hill” ceremony in the Great Hall of Parliament House in the presence of tens of Members of Parliament and Senators including multiple Government Ministers and Shadow Ministers.
