Governor Cuomo Announces That Schools in All Districts May Open
Since the state is presently hovering at a 1% positive test rate for COVID-19, well below the 5% threshold recommended by the World Health Organization for general reopening and adopted by New York State, schools may reopen with in person classes with strict guidelines.
As preparations are beginning for the new school year and seminars over zoom are being held for the mechanchim and mechanchos, to ensure that it be a successful year, I decided to post a section of a chapter from my upcoming biography on the Rebbe Rashab, where he espouses his views on the criteria of an educator. The printing was carried out by instruction of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, in three Lebanese cities that were formerly populated by thriving Jewish communities, and which at the time were under IDF control.

US President Donald Trump on Thursday issued an executive order barring any transactions between US companies and the Chinese parent company of TikTok beginning in 45 days.The order essentially forces the parent company, ByteDance, to divest from TikTok, or face a ban from operating in the United States.
