Another video of what is looking like a serial package thief has surfaced in Crown Heights. The thief, who uses the same tactic over and over, appears to scout out a home in Crown Heights. He doubles back and hops off his bike, lifting some unattended packages by a side door. He uses a black garbage bag to conceal the stolen goods, and pedaled off, completing the theft in under 30 seconds.

Hurricane Dorian Hits Canadian Province of Nova Scotia

Hundreds of thousands of people are without power in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia after Dorian made landfall on Saturday. Many communities within the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) are currently affected by the outages, with Nova Scotia Power attributing the cause to high winds, rain and damaged power lines, according to Global News.
