Tire Slasher Strikes Again – Over 15 Cars Targeted
For the second time in under two weeks, vandals slashed the tires of several parked cars in Crown Heights last night, this time upping their tally to 15.
According to a report from the New York Times, the NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau is investigating two police officers, Luis A. Vega (24891) and Yelena Bruzzese (9139) - both of whom are assigned to the 71st Precinct, following CrownHeights.info's release of a video showing the two officers brutally attacking Ehud Halevi. Vega has been placed on modified duty, while Bruzzese has not.

They arrived in two trips, taking the left tires first and then returning for the right ones. The theft occurred between 2:00 and 5:00am.

Crown Heights [CHI] — At around 8:00pm on Sunday, an Israeli Kvutzeh Bochur was sitting outside the bagel shop on Kingston Ave. when an African-American male approached him and snatched his iPhone right out of his hands.
