A man who took a bullet to the stomach was clinging to life in a Brooklyn hospital Tuesday, cops said. He was the seventh person shot since the city rang in the new year.

The wounded man was dropped off in the emergency room of Kings County Hospital shortly before 6 a.m., cops said.

Sources said the victim was undergoing surgery and detectives haven’t been able to talk to him.

The first shooting victim of 2013 was hit in the stomach on White Plains Rd. near Seward Ave. in the Bronx about 2 a.m., cops said.

The 32-year-old man was rushed to Jacobi Hospital. He was expected to survive his injury. Cops are looking for the gunman.

Moments later, a 19-year-old man was shot in the back on Irving Ave. in Bushwick, Brooklyn. He was taken to Wyckoff Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

The other shooting incidents occurred in the Bronx, Queens and Staten Island. All the victims were expected to live.
