Long Island Young Scholars Compete at Regional JewQ Championship in Port Washing

Young Jewish scholars from across Long Island gathered at Chabad of Port Washington for the Long Island JewQ Championship, one of many regionals taking place across the globe leading up to the grand finale. Winners will advance to the JewQ International Championship March 30 at the CKids Shabbaton, competing against top students from Chabad Hebrew Schools around the world for the international title.

Brooklyn’s Brightest Young Minds Shine at CKids JewQ Regional Championship

Some of Brooklyn’s most dedicated young Jewish minds gathered at the Chabad Seabreeze Jewish Center for the highly anticipated South Brooklyn Regional JewQ Championship. The event, part of the global JewQ competition, brought together students from 14 local public schools across Brighton Beach, Sheepshead Bay, and Mill Basin, including Mark Twain, PS100, PS207, and PS236.
