JERUSALEM, Israel – Since its liberation from Jordanian occupation in 1967, the Western Wall has seen its share of crowds. Aside from the tourists, Jewish and non-Jewish, who flock to the holy site daily, every week, scores of Israeli families celebrate their sons’ Bar Mitzvahs at the kotel, as the wall is known in Hebrew.

SUDBURY, MA — This past Sunday March 21st, well over 150 people joined the Model Matzah Bakery which was held at the Nobscot Reservation in Sudbury to experience a truly exciting and memorable Passover Experience. In honor of the sixtieth year of the Rebbe’s neshius and inspired by the Rebbe’s call to reach the “fifth son”, six hundred bochurim will be going out on Merkos Shlichus to over two hundred and eighty cities this Pesach in the largest group ever sent.
In the week since a massive flood devastated the Wellesley-Weston Chabad House, community members have rallied together to help clean up and rebuild. Dozens of community members donated their time to completely gut what was once the Chabad House’s finished basement, including several guest rooms, storage rooms, and the Rabbi and Rebbetzin’s offices.
This Thursday, March 25, Sixty Mitzvah ‘Tanks’ will parade through the steets of downtown Manhattan in honor of the 108th anniversary of the Rebbe’s Birth. The annual Mitzvah Tank Parade, a project of the Mitzvah Tank Org, will begin at 11:00 am at the corner of Eastern Parkway and Kingston Avenue in Brooklyn.
