Crown Heights, NY – In a stunning development, the Crown Heights pizza store known affectionately as ‘The Kretchme’, will now be under the supervision of the Crown Heights Beth Din. MyShul is hosting a public Megilla Reading on Motzei Shabbos.

MyShul, a Shul for kids, run by kids, has a Shul board complete with a Kid Rabbi, Gabbai and Shamash. MyShul is open to all boys who want a place to daven that they can call their own.

Boruch Dayan Hoemes – Reb Isaac Zellermaier OBM

With deep pain and profound sadness we inform you of the untimely and tragic passing of Reb Isaac Zellermaier OBM of Boro Park, he was 63. He is survived by his wife, Rebbetzin Devorah, and two children Shloime and Yehuda of Boro Park.

Although he did not live in Crown Heights Reb Isaac was an ‘askan’ and activist who gave his life and soul for our neighborhood, and was a Kingston Avenue shop keeper where he sold groceries for many years.

Reb Isaac was from the very first Hatzalah members in Crown Heights, and was a Crown Heights Shomrim Coordinator.

The Levaya will take place on Sunday, and will be leaving from the Shomrei Hadas Chapel at 11:30am and passing by 770 at around 12:15pm from there the Levaya will continue to the Montefiore cemetery in Queens.
