Yud Tes Kislev was an unbelievable experience for all at YNS. Most of the bochurim took upon themselves to learn parts of a Ma’amer Ba’al Peh. Much preparation and effort was put into learning the Ma’amorim of Podoh B’Sholom and Vayishlach Yehoshua and when each bochur recited his part Ba’al Peh one was able to feel the intensity and electricity in the air.

JERUSALEM [CHI] — In honor of Yud Tes Kislev a group of forty Lubavitcher Israeli Defense Force soldiers gathered in the old city of Jerusalem for a Farbrengen. Active and veteran soldiers sat together Farbrengen into the night.
The Rabbinical Centre of Europe (REC) delegation completed a successful visit to Estonia where they met with the Estonian President, Prime Minister and the Mayor of Tallinn. The delegation also visited the Jewish community, its synagogue, schools and museum. The RCE is an organization dedicated to meeting the needs of Jewish communities in Europe.
