OSLO, Norway — Harvard Professor Alan Dershowitz met with leading members of Oslo’s Jewish community at the city’s Chabad House last week, where he spoke about the extreme anti-Israel, anti-Semitic attitudes he encountered in Norway. He urged them to take lessons in Jewish pride and courage from Chabad.

Fractured Zablo Issues Another Ruling

A clarification was just issued on the clarification from Motzai Shabbos, highlighting a divide within the Zablo. The recent departure of Rabbi Avrohom Rosenberg left the Zablo pitted against themselves, as is being announced with a new letter from Rabbi Boaz Jurkowitz, and cosigned by Rabbi Yosef Hecht.

Tonight, Tzivos Hashem will hold their 30th Anniversary celebration concert starring Avraham Fried and Lipa Schmeltzer, along with the finalists of the ‘Jewish Kids Got Talent’ Contest. Few seats remain for the first Jewish event at the historic BAM theater.

This past Motzai Shabbos Kodesh, a hugely successful Purim bash was held at the Bais Menachem shul in Miami Beach. Attendance went far beyond expectations as over 250 people in total were present at different points throughout the evening.
