Historic Florida Church Will Be Chabad House
A beautiful two story building, registered by the city of Hollywood as “historic”, which was originally built in the early 1920’s, and for the first part of the last century was a Methodist Temple, was recently purchased by Chabad of Northeast Hollywood/Shul of the Lakes.
Last Wednesday the Talmidim Hashluchim to Toras Emes departed to their post in Jerusalem. This year marks a centennial of Shlichus to the Yeshivah, with the first group being sent by the Rebbe Rashab who founded the Yeshiva in 5672 - 1912.

Ten Crown Heightsers Run NYC Marathon for FC
This Sunday, ten Crown Heightsers woke up bright and early and went for a run… that ended 26.2 grueling miles later at Central Park. They were part of Team FCBC, running in support of Friendship Circle of Crown Heights and Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Bikur Cholim of Crown Heights in the 2011 ING NYC Marathon.
