Rabbi Nechemia Segal, Shliach to Warsaw, Poland, suffered a home fire, and everything he owned was consumed by the flames. Thank G-d, none of the family members were hurt. The fire broke out while R’ Nechemia was at shul, an hour’s distance from home. Mrs. Segal managed to flee the flames with her children.

As Yud Shevat approaches, the preparations at Yeshiva Gedolah London have been underway with tremendous momentum. The Chabad Consortium of schools, created by the Merkos Chinuch Office to maximize the benefit of Federal educational funding programs at Chabad schools, conducted a series of meetings in Washington DC, on Wednesday and Thursday Jan 25th and 26th.
