World Class Resort Chosen for National Jewish Retreat

In an exciting move bound to cause a lot of excitement in the Sunshine state and throughout the country, the 2012 National Jewish Retreat will be moving to the luxurious Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

This year’s retreat will take place July 31- August 5, 2012 (12-17 Av, 5772), and will once again combine the best of Jewish learning with a luxurious setting.

The retreat is an experience in learning and discovery, with an impressive lineup of world-renowned rabbis, educators, authors, and speakers offering lectures on a broad range of topics: from Jewish mysticism, contemporary medical ethics, and topics in Jewish history, to discussions of social justice, life cycle events, and writing workshops. Evenings are reserved for entertainment featuring comedy shows, film screenings, art shows, and concerts with the biggest names in Jewish music.
