A street food vendor on his way to work suffered an odd mishap when he ‘lost’ his food cart on Easter Parkway this morning. The upended cart spilled grease, oil and other cooking supplies all over the roadway.

After reviewing and pondering some of the recent articles and associated comments on this website, I felt that there is a significant problem in the Lubavitch community that must be addressed. The problem is the prevalent practice of Lubavitch families employing non-Jewish (predominantly Hispanic) women to work in their homes assisting with housework and/or child care.

On Thursday, July 12th, rocks, mud and trees crashed down a mountain above the shores of Kootenay Lake in British Columbia, ripping through Johnsons Landing. It was followed by another slide on Friday. At least three houses were engulfed when the wall of mud, rock and trees cascaded down the hillside.
