To mark the 24th Teves, a full day event was organized in the Oholei Torah Beis Medrash. There was a siyum made, followed by a Hadran of the Rebbe, for the completion of the Alter Rebbe’s Shulchan Aruch. The bochurim took on to learning the Alter Rebbe’s Shulchan Aruch on Chai Elul and finished on Chof Daled Teves.
Chof Daled Teves Shnas Hamasayim was commemorated in Chicago with an extraordinary Melaveh Malkeh and Farbrengen. More than 500 men and women participated in an inspiring event that brought together Chassidim from all segments of the community.
Many attended a full day Yom Iyun in honor of Chof Daled Teves which began Sunday morning with Shacharis and continued with Shiurim throughout the day, in the Chovevei Torah ballroom.
