Purim Satire: Following the recent bus drivers’ strike, the drivers of Crown Heights’s boys and girls schools have decided to strike as well. The strike is set to begin the day after Purim and can go on indefinitely, according to a spokesman for the bus drivers.

The Friendship Circle of Crown Heights held a most unique Megilla reading on Purim night. Building on the success of its monthly Boys Minyan, the staff headed by Yossi Smoller initiated a Purim Party and program for the boys of the Friendship Circle.
Mispalelim gathered at Kahal Beis Rivka, lead by Rabbi Moshe Bogomilsky, where they heard the customary Megillah reading followed by Havdalah on Motzai Shabbos.
