Alternate Side Parking Suspended Monday-Thursday
Alternate side parking (street cleaning) regulations will be suspended Monday through Thursday, October 14-17 for Columbus Day and a Muslim holiday. All other regulations, including parking meters, remain in effect.

Chabad-Lubavitch recently opened a new branch on Florida’s Emerald Coast. Rabbi Shaya Tenenboim, 31, who arrived from south Florida with his family just before the High Holidays, told The Log that he will care for and help everyone, not only synagogue members.

Public School Teacher Assaulted on Crown St.
A Jewish woman who teaches in a local public school was attacked on Crown Street this afternoon by a gang of eight teens, half of them boys and the other half girls. The incident is being investigated as a possible hate crime.
