On Motzoei Shabbos, parents of 7th and 8th grade talmidim of Cheder Chabad of Monsey gathered at Tzemach Tzedek Shul, under the leadership of Rabbi Boruch Dov Lesches, to announce a new initiative; namely, the formation of a new Mesivta.
