Hundreds Partake in ‘National Night Out Against Crime’
Millions of Americans mark the first Tuesday in August as “National Night Out Against Crime” by hosting a picnic on the streets in front of their home. The initiative is intended to foster better relations between the police and the community, and to ‘take back’ the streets from crime.
