10-Year-Old Catches Fire from Magnifying Glass
During the summer, many children play with magnifying glasses, burning paper and cardboard using the sunlight, often not realizing the potential danger of this “fun.” But last week, one child caught fire and suffered second degree burns on his torso due to a magnifying glass.
