Nevada Shliach Slams Decision to Host Democratic Caucus on Shabbos
Observant Jews who want to caucus with Nevada Democrats to choose a nominee for the upcoming presidential election are out of luck. The caucus is scheduled for February 20th, which falls out on Shabbos.

What appears to have been a tornado ripped through North Miami Beach a short while ago, lifting cars off the road, causing damage and wide-spread power outages. North Miami Beach is home to South Florida’s largest Orthodox-Jewish community, and its largest Lubavitch community as well.
