Large Part of 749 ‘Dorm’ Receives Vacate Order
On Friday, inspectors with the New York City Department of Buildings, the Fire Department and uniformed police officers served vacate orders on 14 ‘rooms’ inside of 749 Eastern Parkway due to dangerous conditions with the buildings structure and overcrowding.

Crown Heights to Host Its Largest Shabbaton Ever
Over 2,000 participants from twenty-three countries will be attending the upcoming CTeen International Shabbaton in Crown Heights. The Shabbaton, which will take place from 17th-19th Adar Aleph (February 26-28th), will be the largest CTeen event to date.

Over 1,000 Men turned out for Keren Simchas Chosson V’Kallah’s annual auction event, which benefits the vital work they do in helping marry off Chassanim and Kallahs in Crown Heights. Attendees were treated to a lavish buffet and an amazing concert with Mordechai Ben David and Benny Friedman.
